Tent upon the Earth

This piece by Julia Brown explores shelter and adjusting it based on surroundings and events. She mentions Crusoe's cave and the analysis of why Friday's tent may be outside of his space. She also talks about shelter in terms of safety and how Crusoe had to leave his established cave and find a new one for protection, which contradicts the safety that is suppose to be felt in your own home.
